general rules
communication

important notice to clients
to ensure maximum satisfaction with the final product, please provide a detailed reference sheet of your character(s), pose/expressions, and a moodboard if you are requesting a background.
(a full turn-around of your character(s) is not always necessary--but make sure that the reference material covers your request.)for convenience, feel free to combine all these references into a PDF and email them to [email protected], as some platforms don't offer the greatest image preview quality.
I have the right to decline any work I do not feel comfortable doing. please respect my wishes when I am unable to fulfill your request.
revisions
2-4 revisions will be available depending on the complexity of the commission (initial rough sketch, mid-render, and post-render). please do not make major alterations to your request after reaching the post-rendering stage, as this is where I will be finalizing any remaining details. (If necessary, will be subjected to additional charge.)
deadlines & delivery
you can expect the draft/sketch of your commission to be sent over by the first week. I require 2-3 weeks for simpler commissions such as character headshots/busts. For more detailed works (such as multiple characters, detailed design, a detailed background, etc.) I may need around 1-2 months to complete the full illustration. if there is any delay to that schedule, you will be notified right away.

types of commissions I currently offer:
-monochromatic sketchpage (a dynamic spread of one or two characters in various poses, (starting at $20+)-icon/headshot illustrations (starting at $25+)-single-character illustrations (starting at $50+)-duo/couple illustrations (starting at $60+)-group illustrations of 3 or more characters (starting at $150+)all commissions will be classified as personal use ONLY, unless specified otherwise. you will be able to use my art for:- icons/headers
-personal prints/stickers/charms
-usage in social mediacommissions with commercial rights will have an 50% upcharge from the original price, which you will be able to use my art for:-brand/product promotion (youtube thumbnails, streams, music videos etc.)
-merchandising rights (commercial prints/stickers/charms, album/book covers etc.)please specify if you would like the final product to be in a different file format (eg. PDF, JPEG, PSD.) the default is PNG.
payment method
Please submit your request (and in doing so, payment) directly through my kofi or vgen when my services are available. I have a waitlist forum in a separate link under my TOS when closed. You will be able to include add-ons and any additional info there. If you would like, you can choose to pay half of the price upfront and the rest when you are satisfied with the sketch.refundsrefunds will ONLY be available during the rough sketch phase.
